We just checked DSM airport and the flight to Chicago that we were supposed to be on Tuesday got cancelled. Had Greg not changed our flight we would not have been able to bring Max home as planned,our visas would have expired again, and we would not have made our flight to Rome.
How much snow did Des Moines actually get? Thanks Rachel and Scott for Shoveling.
Tomorrow we get to travel the 5 hrs to Yaroslavl and wait to go to the orphange and court on Thursday morning.
We will update late Thursday night once we are done with court and make the 5hr drive back to Moscow.

I am so happy you are there. I have been worried that you would be delayed again with this stupid Iowa weather again. And you have clothes which is awesome. We will keep praying that things continue to go smoothly.

They say we got 6 1/2 inches with the last round. We had a early dismiss yesterday and a late start today...YEAH for no snow days!! I'm glad you got on the earlier flight and so happy to hear everything is going as planned so far!

I am so glad that all is going well and that you made the decision to leave early. We are thinking of all three of you constantly and pray that all will go smooth. It is surely starting off better this time!! We want pictures of Max!!!
